Japanese get first mobile wallets
Published by michael August 10th, 2004 in techThe BBC reports,: “Japanese 3G mobile owners can now pay with their phones instead of their wallets with a new service launched by wireless mobile network NTT DoCoMo.” Password protection built in, fingerprint lockout accessory optional. At least that’s how I read the article. Maybe it would fail less than the magnetic strip on my credit card!
